Order Report

To run an Order Report:
1. Choose the type of report you would like to run
2. Choose a sales region
4. Choose an order type
5. Select the date usage
6. Select the from and to dates
7. Choose the report format (PDF vs. Excel)
8. Click Generate Report






There are five different types of Order Reports available
1. Order Volume - The Order Volume report provides order information such as order details by regions and currency, order numbers, retailer and store names, retailer PO numbers, date of submission, and Wholesale/retail totals. The Order Volume report is available to supplier admins, sales representatives, and customer service representatives

2. Top Retailer - The Top Retailer report provides order information such as number of orders, total units, and wholesale/retail totals. Results can be sorted by number of orders, wholesale order total or discounted wholesale total. The Top Retailer report is available to supplier admins, sales representatives, and customer service representatives

3. Sales Rep Volume - The Sales rep Volume report provides information such as number or orders, total units, and wholesale/retail totals. Results can be sorted by region, currency, and sales rep. The Sales Rep Volume report is only available to supplier admins and customer service representatives

4. Order Summary Directory - The Order Summary Directory report allows you to view total units and wholesale/retail totals. Results can be sorted by region, currency, retailer, and directory. The Order Summary Directory is available to supplier admins, sales representatives, and customer service representatives


5. Order Summary NavCategory - The Order Summary NavCategory report allows you to view total units and wholesales/retail totals. Results can be sorted by region, currency, retailer, and NavCategory. The Order Summary NavCategory report is available to supplier admins, sales representatives, and customer service representatives.
