Email Alerts

Email Alerts allow you to receive an email when an Order has been placed, when an Order has shipped, and when the status of an Order has changed. The Email Alerts are sent to the email address located in your User Profile or to an alternate email if one has been added.  Select the HTML type to receive order details or Standard to receive order summary information.  


An Alternate Subscription Email can be used if you want the Email Alerts to be sent to a different email address than the one in your User Profile


HTML emails can be sent with information that includes the UPC/SKU numbers, Order information, and Quantity/Dollar amounts
*Might be client specific


Standard emails can be sent to all users. Standard emails will not include UPC/SKU numbers, Order information, or Quantity/Dollar amounts.
